This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services offered under Inzitic, a product of Adrij Software Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
We strongly encourage users to explore our free version or request a product demo before purchasing any paid subscription plan. This allows users to evaluate the features and suitability of the software for their business requirements.
All subscription fees (monthly or annual) must be paid in advance. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and plan features selected at the time of payment.
All purchases made for Inzitic are final. We maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
Once a subscription has been purchased and payment has been successfully processed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of usage, dissatisfaction, or business closure.
Users are advised to review product features, pricing, and compatibility before completing a purchase.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will stop renewal of the subscription but will not result in any refund of previously paid fees.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the software and associated services.
Upon cancellation or non-renewal, access to paid features may be restricted. Users are responsible for exporting or backing up their business data before cancellation. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
